LHS firing furnaces

To save energy we have designed a new generation of radiant tube enamelling furnaces, whose peculiar feature is a light weight or, more precisely, a Low Heat Storage, so that a reduced quantity of heat is dissipated by switching off the furnace, instead of idling, after daily operations. LHS furnaces are characterized by: · the most advanced materials and technology · smoothest operations and cheapest maintenance · running of the furnace is as easy as for a home heating-unit · single-end (bayonet type) radiant tubes that can expand freely, without troubles due to frequent heating and cooling cycles. Other outstanding features of LHS furnaces are: · absolute separation between products of combustion and atmosphere in the firing chamber in order to avoid contamination of enamelled pieces · very low temperature difference along the radiant tubes for uniform heating from top to bottom of furnace · short heating time due to the low heat storage · high efficiency burners due to optimum waste heat recovery for air preheating · CO and NOx values of exhaust gases in compliance with the most severe pollution standards · visual control of both gas and combustion air flow to each burner to assure optimum combustion · furnace can be put directly on the floor ; no; pit or basement is needed
